Natalie
I'm Natalie, the founder of Once Upon a Time Photo & Film, where we've been creating lasting memories for a decade. With my talented team, we capture your love stories through high-quality photos and videos that become family heirlooms for generations to come.
My background is in cinema (I have a Master’s in film from the University of St Andrews), and I got my start working on Hollywood productions before shifting my focus to something a little more personal: love stories. My passion for storytelling started with narrative films — I even directed a modern version of Romeo and Juliet that premiered at festivals across the U.S. But it was while working on the TV show Say Yes to the Dress that I realized just how powerful real love stories can be. That’s when I made the leap into wedding filmmaking full time.
My goal? To bring a touch of movie magic to your real-life modern fairytale.
Roberto
Roberto, Natalie’s husband, is a passionate videographer and photographer. Born and raised in Italy, he comes from a family where the camera was always present, from his grandparents to his father teaching him film photography. He went on to become a prolific travel photographer and videographer, capturing stunning photos and videos around the world. He then, eager to progress in his career, decided to study filmmaking in NYC at NY Film Academy. Now using all his experience to film weddings, he will capture the most important day of your life with passion and an artistic eye.
KatHeriNE
Meet Katherine, an Atlanta-based wedding photographer with over 7 years of experience. Her unique documentary style beautifully captures genuine, natural moments, emphasizing real emotions and those precious in-between instances. Katherine has been an invaluable member of the Once Upon a Time team since day one. With a bachelor's degree in photography from the University of North Georgia, she has been artfully preserving wedding memories for hundreds of couples. Beyond the lens, she cherishes moments with her family and her dog, Rocky.

Alex's first Feature Film after graduating from studying film and production at Georgia State University was Wild Hearts; screening at the Berlin Film Festival in Germany. Alex has gone on to establish himself as a noted Cinematographer and Director in the South East and is in high demand for his beautifully crafted pieces and excellent eye. Having him capture your wedding is ensuring you have a talented professional on your side, and one who loves his art.
Jason
Jason has been working in photography & Video Production for 5+ years and has had a passion for the art form since he "borrowed" his parents' VHS camcorder and started directing his own films. He works tirelessly to capture the story of You.
Paoola
Paoola was raised in Princeton, NJ where she was raised around Art and coffee shops. Paoola has been a photographer since she owned her own film camera at 9 years old. She has many VHS videos where she filmed many family memories, music videos, and some comedy. Paoola took a professional course at the headquarters of Professional Photographers of America here in Atlanta 11 years ago and since than Paoola has been doing wedding photography and videography. She loves weddings specially because of the emotions and candid moments that are her favorite to capture. Paoola has also undertaken various types of photography jobs that include large events and still life photography.
Christina
After earning her degree in Photojournalism over 15 years ago, Christina has traveled the world capturing moments for people that are worth remembering. She is passionate about storytelling through imagery and brings a unique blend of artistic vision and documentary style to every wedding she photographs, capturing the most intimate and heartfelt moments of your special day.

Jessica Silva is a cinematographer who has spent the last decade capturing stories with authenticity and artistry. She believes deeply in the power of film to preserve not just moments, but the emotions and connections that define them.
With a background in documentary filmmaking, Jess brings both technical mastery and a sensitive, story-driven approach to every wedding she films. She prides herself on making couples feel at ease, noticing the quiet moments between glances, and translating those unspoken emotions into timeless visual narratives.
Her work celebrates diverse and unique love stories, honoring every couple’s voice while creating cinematic keepsakes that are as heartfelt as they are beautiful.
LEAH
Leah Phansook is a photographer based in North Carolina, with over eight years of experience capturing life's most meaningful moments. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and a minor in Photography, combining her creative eye with a strong foundation in visual storytelling and marketing.
Her favorite part of photography is getting to know incredible couples and documenting their love stories in a way that feels genuine, timeless, and true to who they are. Leah believes the most meaningful images are often found in the in-between moments, the quiet glances, genuine laughter, and heartfelt emotions that make every story unique.
She feels incredibly grateful to do what she loves and looks forward to meeting each couple, celebrating alongside them, and creating images they'll treasure for a lifetime!
